Blown away by the level of customer service here. The employees go out of their way to make sure your bike gets fixed, tuned...etc you name it. Friendly, clean, and organized store. Would recommend to anyone!

Usually don't write reviews, but needed to say something when a company goes the extra mile for it's customers. After a over year my Lumina 750 handlebar clip had a issue. Learned that the supplier NiteRider figured out the defect and updated the clip. To insure I get back on my bike tonight, Josh jumped on the phone and got a replacement shipped and gave me the store model. That's the gold standard of provide outstanding customer service.
