Yes, the great reviews are all true -- these guys are the best. I brought in an old bike with weird, deep rims that kept causing flat tires over and over. Bikenetic kept replacing the tubes (most of which they didn't charge me for) and making inexpensive adjustments until it was fixed. This was after I had taken it to another well-regarded bike shop that wasn't able to figure it out. I had been ready to spend more money buying new rims, which turned out not to be necessary, thanks to Bikenetic.

I call him Dr Pete...need I say more? Okay I will say more. He's methodical, neat, quality work. I have several bikes but only 2 are extremely precious to me ...I sleep well when Dr Pete is working on My Precious.

Most competent bicycle mechanics. As an added bonus, they are reasonably priced. As a triple bonus they will competently work on unique set ups like my pinion gear box

Jan worked in bikeshops most of his adult life, and now owns one. He puts an emphasis on fun, with a huge following, shop race teams, group rides and fun races/events. It doesn't matter why you want to ride, Jan just wants you to enjoy your bike. From kids to serious racers, and everyone in between.

You guys put on a kick-ass aid station at the Moco epic: Check out my bike for safety, feed and fuel me, supply jazzercise lessons and attire. And you also host really fun bike races.

I bought my Bianchi here a few months ago. The bike arrived really fast. They even helped me setting up my new bike trainer that I did not even buy there. They offer lifetime tune-ups for the bikes you buy from them. That is a big plus!

Without a doubt, the finest bike shop I've ever been to in my 30+ years of biking. A bunch of folks who genuinely love bikes, and good times. They won't steer you wrong. They aren't bike snobs. They won't try to oversell you. They just offer good deals and friendly service. They're conveniently located just off the bike trail in Falls Church.
