My hero! James to the rescue!

... James Heating & More was the name that came up so I called. James came out and said with just a couple of replaced parts he felt I could get a little more life out of my furnace. So for only $300 I'm now warm and happy. He was honest enough to just do what was needed. When I do need to replace the furnace his quote is about $2,000. Anybody who reads this recommendation needs to call James if they ever have any heating (& more) needs. If I could I'd give him 10 out of 10 stars. -

Had James install a gas furnace to replace our previous oil heat. He was very knowledgeable, competitively priced, did great work, and was willing to work with us. Overall we are very pleased with the service and would certainly use them again if needed.

Our furnace is old (1950ish). Possibly one of the oldest, biggest, most modified, in-efficient furnaces left in West Seattle but it runs as well as it can thanks to James. He just came out to service our furnace as it was running noisily and short-cycling. He is professional, courteous and actually explains what he is doing so you understand what is happening. He cares about the service he provides and the job he is doing. I so appreciate him and his office staff. I know we could do with a new furnace but he doesn't judge. When we do go down that road, he will be who I call.
