At Ironhorse Physical Therapy, we help people stay fit, active and mobile by offering highly personalized 1 on 1 services with a "whole-istic" approach so that you can participate in the activities you enjoy most (whether it’s run, crossfit, triathlon or playing with kids/grandkids). We “walk the talk” and understand the demands of your life and/or sport better than anybody else.

We believe in treating the whole person, rather than just where it "hurts". Sometimes the location of the pain isn't the actual cause of the problem. For example, an old foot/ankle injury can create an altered gait/run pattern which then turns into hip pain. In traditional "in network" PT, you'd only receive treatment to the hip. This leads to incomplete resolution of the problem and a much higher chance for the hip pain to return. Since we are concerned with addressing root cause and total body wellness, This program utilizes our diverse backgrounds as Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Health/Fitness Instructor, Certified Pilates Instructor, Certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor, Certified McKenzie Spine Specialist and Certified ART therapist (Active Release Technique) to build a detailed and unified approach to rehabilitation and training.     I highly recommend the Bullet Proof Runner Series Victoria Liu and Sam Reid teach. It will make you rethink everything you thought you knew about running. You will never run the same again. It doesn't matter if you are an experienced runner or a novice - you will learn new skills and drills that will forever improve your running.

    I have been seeing Victoria for roughly 3 months now. I came in originally because I had horrible back pain and every PT I've seen previously hasn't helped. In just a few weeks I was completely relieved from the pain! I've recently had another injury with my knee from sports and it is feeling much better already. Her practice is completely focused on you and she is determined to help. She is extremely knowledgeable in the PT field and an awesome person in general! If you are injured or want injury prevention tips definitely come to Ironhorse to get rid of your pain!

    Victoria is great and I would also highly recommend Stephanie Watts who I've worked with too, they are both experts at what they do. I would also highly recommend anyone to make an initial visit to them in general. I thought to myself one day...I get the oil changed on my car every 3k-5k miles, but what do I do for my own body...So I called Victoria and I've been moving a lot better ever since. You feel good after every session because you are helping yourself get on the right path to feeling better.

    Victoria Liu is an excellent Physical Therapist who has helped me to recover more quickly from hip surgery. She has developed a program for me to do at home so I can stay in shape and active. Victoria attends workshops and classes so she is up on the latest techniques, she is personable and caring. I highly recommend her!
