  Interlaced definitely feels different than the other IT vendors I've interacted with. They are knowledgeable, respectful, and very professional. Something that I believe makes them different is that they focus specifically on Apple-based environments. We had roughly 65 Macs, 50 iPhones, and 20 iPads. When Interlaced performed the initial on-boarding and discovery project (I think that's what they call it), they "enrolled" all of our devices into their management software. We were then able to see an inventory of all company assets, which was helpful ... I haven't seen a company that really comes close to their level of sophistication. Five stars all the way around!

  My company has been working with Interlaced for about 18 months. We were reticent to engage an offsite IT company, but their service has put any fears to bed. A quick email or phone call generated a service ticket, which is followed by communication from the help desk technician, typically within minutes. 95% of the issues are resolved in minutes.

  1. iMacs wouldn't boot up 2. iPhone sync problems 3. Office email problems 4. Inefficient workflow Interlaced sent two consultants to the office (14 employees) for a free initial needs assessment. They performed their discovery and submitted an online interactive proposal. We accepted and paid retainer online. They had us on the schedule for just a few days out. Within a week we all had custom emails, old computers replaced, iPhones linked up with iCloud, a box server and wireless printing. Interlaced changed our life!! Thanks guys!

  I really enjoy working with Mark from Interlaced. Not only do I use him for all my personal and business needs, but I recommend him to all my clients. It's so easy to make an appointment and they respond quickly with email confirmations. Having access to this service has relieved some of the stress of dealing with computer issues. Even if I have a simple question, Mark always responds quickly to my email or phone call. I also love the ease of paying my invoices directly from the emailed invoice. It's very easy to do and so efficient. Overall it has been a great pleasure working with Interlaced.
