  Hurt my lower back from hiking so I've been coming to IHS for adjustments and it's been great. No more lower back pain and I feel amazing.
  
  There are 3 chiropractors and 2 front desk staff members all whom are very sweet, amiable, and knowledgeable. I did my consultation with Dr. Hamilton and he did a great job of explaining things in very easy relatable terms and set expectations.
  
  I love the location because it's close to my work so I can drop by during lunch, there's plenty of parking, and the facility is very clean and welcoming.
  
  I recommend going to IHS if you're seeking a chiropractor or treatment for back pain and/or neck pain. They take the time to help you get better as well as educate you.

  I decided to give Integral Health Studio a shot after the second time I hurt my neck. After some range-of-motion tests and x-rays, we set out to fix it. I'm just over halfway through my treatment and I feel better than I ever have.
  
  The staff and doctors are incredible! They fully explain what's going on and why they're doing what they're doing. I've referred friends and couldn't be more satisfied with my experience!

  … I went in for an consultation and voiced my concerns. I was shown the areas of the spine and nerves that can contribute to my issues. It was amazing to actually see the connection. The consultation went beyond my back discomfort. I learned about my diet and how a few changes and regular visits can change the issues I was concerned with. I have been going to the studio for almost 2 months now. My back discomfort is minimal. … I have more energy and I'm more conscience about what I put in and do to my body. I would recommend Integral Health Studio to anyone. The staff is wonderful. The studio is pleasant. The experience is the best I have ever had. Please give them a try. You won't be disappointed.   I've been treated by chiropractors since I had an ATV accident at the age of 15. Over the years, I've experienced both the good and bad. Integral Health Studio is one of the best practices out there! After just 3 adjustments, my chronic mid back pain was gone. The doctors take their time and don't rush you out of the door when you go in for an appointment. Plus, they have traction tables that you lay on at the start of each appointment. Those roller massage tables ROCK! Great way to loosen you up and get you relaxed before your adjustment. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

  ... The staff is amazing here! Extremely friendly, personable and knowledgeable. When I started going, I had major headaches several times a week. I'll be honest, I wasn't sold on needing chiropractic care, but figured I'd give it a shot since my headaches were so frequent. Each experience was very pleasant and my headaches are almost nonexistent now. Both doctors are very helpful, patient, and kind. A big plus for me is that I was almost always in and out very quickly, very little wait time (if any). When I got my massage, it was so relaxing! The masseuse was very nice and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great chiropractic care, and a great massage.
