I met Kim through yoga classes elsewhere, and she invited me to see her at InsideOut. I am SO glad I went! Kim's classes are incredibly helpful and make me feel so in touch with my body and my mind - I can't thank her enough! I'm so happy that InsideOut exists, and that I am able to begin a yoga practice in a space that is welcoming to all, and not just "yoga people."

This yoga studio is warm and clean and welcoming. Both Christa and Kim are excellent teachers. Christa teaches there Sunday and Thursday at 6pm and her instruction is so detailed and customized that I have found new expressions of poses I have been in hundreds of times. She seems to be able to read her students and offer modifications or change the pace of the class as needed. I would highly recommend her and the studio for both new and experienced people looking for balance and renewal.

I've tried yoga here and there over the past 20 years, but I finally decided last summer to get more serious about it, as I'm getting older and less flexible. ... Wow! Compared to any other instructor I've had, Kim stood out a mile. She's kind, calm, and extremely detailed in explaining each pose. She's careful to remember injuries or difficulties any student has been having and she's always willing to modify poses to fit a person's ability. She's also funny, which helps make the class fly by. It's been at least 8 months since I started and I'm definitely able to do more than I could before. Just the fact that I'm still sticking with it after so many months is a testament to her teaching. ...

Kim is an amazing teacher. She was actually my first yoga teacher 14 years ago, and then I lost touch with her, because I was taking her classes through the now defunct Discover U. Well after trying multiple other styles and studios, I've finally found her again. Kim creates a community in her classroom where everyone can succeed. It is truly a haven for those of us who always feel a little out of place doing yoga. Not so with Kim. And she's super affordable and super sweet! Awesome experience!
