We fly a drone over roof tops that we can not access due to height, safety or fragility of surface

Infrared imaging can be priceless in a home inspection. This image shows a leaking toilet, however, the water is below the tiles and not visible to the naked eye.

We inspect the attic space. Checking the insulation if part of our attic inspection

We inspect the electrical. Including removing the dead front of the main panel and observing the wiring and breakers

We inspect the crawl space. Because these areas are out of regular view, it is often where we find damage, leaks or deteriation.
