She did a very through inspection and then walked with us through everything while we were still in the home. She then talked to us about the report and what she would say in it as well as her personal opinions from her background and as a home owner herself. She was very honest and didn't sugar coat things which we appreciated. I really appreciated that and have so much respect for her knowledge.

You just blew me away, Reis. An extremely detailed report on every aspect of the inside of our condo. The entire structure got done in three hours at the site, and just a few hours after that, [the report] arrived by e-mail, complete with photos, about five hours after you finished [the inspection]. Potential buyers can’t go wrong with you on their side.
