This is a shout out to Josh Keplar. I attended his bike clinic this morning at the MDR store. I wanted to learn how to work on my bike I bought there in February. He let me practice removing my bike tire in nonthreatening environment ( ie not roadside with cars flying by). He taught me how to do a complete flat repair and what things to look for as far as tread wear. I’m a teacher so naturally I love to learn. Feels even better knowing I am capable of doing a tire repair! Let me know if you have a ladies ride group. ...

Helen's bike shop is amazing! Andrew was especially attentive. I am an avid cyclist and he showed me all the incredible bikes that they have. I ended up buying a pink jersey! One of the best bike shops I have visited.

I had been in the store only one other time a while back to get helmets but I am really grateful for the help I received last week in picking out a bike for my son, who was not in the store with me at the time. When I came back in the following day to purchase a bike rack for my vehicle, they were more than willing to help me unpack and show me how to install it properly. Thank you for the exceptional service.
