  Exceptional service, above and beyond anything I could ever imagine. The freshest, most magnificent arrangements. My family had a death in our family on a Saturday afternoon. Our loved one was Hindu, so the service was the following day, Sunday. All florists were closed, or refused to stay open to accommodate us. After calling 29 florists and being told no, I reached Michael at House of Flowers. I was honest when I told him that I was afraid to place such a large order over the phone, without meeting in person. Quietly, he said "trust me. I will do beautiful arrangements to honor this gentleman." He did. He opened on Sunday. He didn't charge extra for going above and beyond. He just did it. Truly amazing, on every level. I wish I had taken pictures of the art he created.

  House of Flowers delivered the most beautiful flower arrangement to my mother's funeral on 5/17/17. A Mr. Mike greeted me and made me feel very special and comfortable when I entered the shop. He was patient and showed me a variety of arrangements. House of Flowers have reasonably prices too! They delivered on time and delivered a fantastic arrangement. I love House of Flowers!

  This is by far the best florist I have dealt with in a very long time. I initially went in since they are close to my job, to inquire about a special order. I was greeted by Mike who was very, very cordial and helpful. He was able to fulfill my special Calla Lilly order and they were ready and beautiful when I came to pick them up. I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement for delivery and they were absolutely beautiful. I also came in on the day before Mother's Day for a bouquet for my mother's gravesite and even in all the rush they were in, they made me feel like I was the only customer they had. I will travel from my home in Bowie, MD to use this florist. Mike is a dream come true and House of Flowers is now my "Go To" for all of my floral needs.

  I don't usually rave about flower shops, but this storefront just drew me in as I walked by at lunchtime -- it is a beautiful and inviting space with stunning flowers and extremely friendly staff -- not the saccharin phony kind and not pretentious. I had to have the braided trunk azalea tree in the aged celadon ceramic pot and bought it for a reasonable price. The owner insisted on having one of their staff walk the plant back to my office for me, since it was a little on the heavy side for a lunchtime stroll. I will definitely go back, and will use them next time I need a local flower arrangement.

  We picked up flowers for three co-workers for administrative professionals day. Michael made me three gorgeous and affordable bouquets for the administrative folks in my office. The whole team handled the rush of customers around lunch time very well. I am so grateful that there is a florist so close to the office who are polite, prompt, and make beautiful arrangements with same-day delivery. The administrative people in my office enjoyed the flowers very much. Thanks for a great experience! I'll be back for more flowers soon!
