  My experience has been awesome. I've had on and off again back issues for over a decade, and my last episode felt crippling. I had trouble walking, sitting, sleeping--couldn't put on pants while standing. Initially, I got massages to get any immediate relief while I searched for a physical therapy service. But after just 2 sessions with Megan, I've rapidly recovered (culprit was super tight quad leading to rotated hip leading to terrible low back pain) and can't wait to go jog and play soccer again. Not saying I can do that today, but thinking about how soon it could happen sure beats worrying about how to get sleep. Thanks Helix.

  Jenn is the best Massage therapist ever! She is awesome at working with prenatal massages. I am currently pregnant and I would highly recommend her. Helix has a great location in lower Queen Anne and typically parking is pretty easy on the street. The rooms are specious, quiet and make you feel very relaxed. Jenn is very good about listening to what you need, understands pregnancy and all the concerns that come along with that. I would highly recommend her.

  Megan is incredible. I saw her almost weekly to get through my second pregnancy. My hips were so out of whack and I was constantly uncomfortable. I wouldn't have survived pregnancy without her. She has incredible intuition as a therapist and can feel the areas you need relief. Plus my insurance covered the massages. It doesn't get better than that!
