Kristin began AutoCAD drafting and design in 2003 and started her career as an independent landscape designer in 2006. By 2010, Kristin had obtained a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree and a Minor in Urban Planning with an emphasis in Horticulture from Texas A&M University while simultaneously working as an intern under well known Landscape Architects in private firms and for The City of Frisco’s Planning Department. Kristin continued her career as part of a team of landscape designers in Dallas and quickly became the head of the design department for a Dallas landscape company. Read more

Kristen at HDG Landscape design met with us first for a consultation. She listened to what we wanted, gave recommendations and designed the back yard of our dreams. She met with us in our home to review the plans. She brought a professional print detailing ever stone, plant and tree As well as color photos of every plant and a detail description. I can't say enough good things about her or her company. I highly recommend her!

Kristin designed our full 1 acre lot including extensive hardscape, irrigation, plants and future pool. She broke the project into sections so we could complete the plan over time and provided us with full inventory of plants and materials. It is a beautiful design and it will look great once we begin installation later this month.

Kristin was a pleasure to work with. She really knows her stuff! She drew up an amazing design plan for us that we could implement at our own pace. She also included future plans that we requested for adding a summer kitchen. She worked with our likes and dislikes. She came out to our home multiple times and always answers any questions we may have. Would recommend her to anyone!
