  Called HB Technology Solutions to assist with a wireless network issue. Hugh came out the next day and fixed our issue in a couple hours. Hugh also took the time to explain the issue in detail to our Operations Manager that would allow him to fix a similar issue in the future. Also followed up with an email that outlined critical information to our network helping us get a better hold on our IT infrastructure.

  Knowledgeable, comes prepared to solve the problem, and the works on it diligently and thoroughly. Any questions that come up after the visit may be handled via text messages and are responded to promptly and accurately. I would strongly recommend HB Computer services to anyone needing service or support on Apple desktop or Notebook computers, printers, scanners and network products.

  We are using HB Computer services for ongoing IT support. Once hired, Hugh immediately saw that our set-up wasn't working and was slowing down our work flow. We then migrated our software from a Windows server to the cloud and things have worked well since. Hugh has a wealth of knowledge, is very responsive to our needs, and we highly recommend him for any IT needs!

  Very helpful and knowledgeable.
  Hugh has been an enormous help getting our Mac server setup in our office. He constantly gives advice and a thorough explanation of his recommendations and services. He has spent time to understand our needs, and has really been able to articulate how to achieve our goals. We would highly recommend him and his team.
