Bob is a life saver! If you need computer assistance you know what I mean. I was dealing with networking issues on my boat, where I conduct business over the internet, and gave up trying to do it myself. I called Bob and was grateful he could come out as quickly as he did and really impressed with his knowledge and skill level. I have used many techs over the years and he was the quickest to solution I have ever used. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
