  ... Mike came out, diagnosed my A/C, and ended up taking it back to his shop for repair. I have a basic understanding of heat pumps so I knew what he needed to fix and how complicated the process really was. He had my unit back and installed within a few days and working perfectly. Throughout the entire process, he communicated with me and provided detailed status.
  
  I am very grateful to Mike for a job well done and would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC help. Thank you Mike!

  Mike is friendly, knowledgable, and priced competitively. Highly recommend! He's also patient with explaining what's going on with the system to someone who's not well versed -I'm a girl, what can I say? ;) And he offers great advice for improvement in regards to fighting allergies. Looking forward to using their services for many years to come (yes people, you should service your system every year to keep it functioning properly, before there's a problem!).

  Best customer service ever! My husband bought a new Nest thermostat for our A/C at home and while he was following the instructions something went totally wrong and our A/C went off and he couldn't get it back on. He called numerous A/C repair places to schedule an appointment for someone to come assess the issue. ... Any Air conditioning or heating issues we ever experience we will call Harbor first because they have proven to be an honest company that cares about people and not just making a dollar.

  Most amazing service ever!! Mike is wonderful. Replaced my A/C quickly, professionally, and Mike went out of his way to make sure everything was working great (my A/C unit was 30 years old, so parts had to be replaced, breakers, etc.) He took care of permits, etc. Harbor Air was highly recommended to me and I could not be more pleased. Harbor Air has the BEST prices by far, best customer service, and their work is 100% professional. You will not regret having Harbor Air take care of your A/C repairs or replacement. I give them the highest of recommendations.
