  I have been taking both our cars - Mazda and Honda Civic - to Hank for the last 4-5 years for regular service and repairs He always does a through job. I find him to be honest and his costs are very reasonable. Definitely recommend him.

  I saw the great reviews and I knew this was the place for me. I have a 1994 car and had a list of things for them to fix. He checked it out for only $45 and told me what needed to be done. It was very easy for me to understand (as a woman I didn't feel talked down to). Hank also checked out a few others things for me. Those same things that I brought up at other car places and they said couldn't be fixed or gave me a fee of how much it would cost. They fixed my car lock, gear shift, and side lights for free. They did an amazing job on the oil leak them found and I felt it was at reasonable fee. Thank you!

  Simply outstanding. Strange noise from front end of my Mazda for months. Another mechanic mis-diagnosed it. Called Hank and they said bring it right in. As soon as I arrived, they were right on it. Honest. Straightforward. Explained in detail what they thought it was and what they were going to do. Gave me a very reasonable quote and told me 2-3 hours. Took less than 2 hours. Fixed. As quiet as new. Love it. I've found my mechanic.
  
  If, like me, visiting the mechanic is an anxiety ridden affair, then you need to go see Hank. They will restore your faith in honest automotive service. They more than deserve a full 5 stars.

  ... Hank was incredibly helpful in quickly looking at the car, assessing what needed to be done, and ordering the part. ... Hank's ingenuity and dedication truly made my day, and saved me a tremendous amount of hassle and expense. And he charged me $40 for the whole process, which I thought was extremely reasonable (most shops want $75 just to open the hood). To anyone looking for an honest, courteous, and helpful mechanic, I would definitely recommend Hank.

  I've had services done here for my Toyota Camry and an old Mercedes E320 and have been very pleased with their work. On a recent job for valve cover gaskets on the Mercedes, their original quote was lower than other shops, but then they said that a couple hoses normally replaced for the job looked fine, so the final price ended up even lower by over a hundred. Honest and competent shop. Highly recommend.

  Hank is legit. He doesn't mess around; all business, no nonsense, fair and ethical team. You can't go wrong here. I've been taking my Prius here for the past year, as I've had it with Toyota Sunnyvale and my car is now off warranty. The last straw for me was a service in which they didn't even reset my service 'oil maintenance required' light. Wtf? Hank will actually change your oil when you ask for it... I can't say the same for the dealership, not with the same confidence level. Thank you Hank and Ha for your hard work and dedication to what you do. ...
