  I had to call Green City Heating and Air Conditioning for a family member is the area to get his AC unit serviced. I'm not sure why, but this year it decided to start acting up. Since he's home most of the time (retired and elderly) AC is important for him. I spoke with Jeff, who I believe is the owner, and he helped us throughout the process. What I liked about Jeff was that he didn't try to pull anything on us - let me explain further. I was the one handling this whole ordeal, as I'm not going to expect an 87-year-old to do so. Jeff could have easily said one thing to me (not local) and another to my family member on site; but he didn't. He made me feel like I was in charge and he respected the situation. I don't know about you, but it seems that's a character trait that is lacking more often these days, so it was nice to make Jeff's acquaintance. Highly recommend.
