My case took couple of months to be resolved but at the end it was worth the wait! Every month I showed up on court Dustan was able to talk to the prosecutor. At first she couldn't make a decision because I was concurrently on probation with a previous situation. Dustan had to keep going back and forth with another court and talk to the Judge until everything was resolved. We finally got what we were praying for and the case was dismissed. My situation was not a good one so you must imagine how I was feeling. He really cares about his clients and will fight for you until the end no matter what! once again my family and I would like to thank Dustan for his service! We did the best decision to hire him! You are an honest man and will always give the best of him for his clients!

When you hire Dustan, you are making an investment into your own future and well-being, and it is an investment worth making. I hired Dustan Neyland a few gets ago for a DWI case that got dismissed. When a family member got arrested while we were out of town on vacation and was being held without bond, I knew exactly who to call. Dustan worked quickly to visit them at the jail and went to court the very next day to get a bond set. Dustan and associate at the firm, Ben Pearce, worked very hard on the case and were able to get the case reviewed and thrown out by a grand jury. We are grateful to know such wonderful, hard working attorney's.
