Good guys home inspection is a company you can trust, as an active duty service member I bought my home over the internet, and was very nervous and required a home inspection. I was referred to good guys home inspection, they were awesome, they called once the inspection was completed and walked me through what was found. I moved in to the home in June, and one day noticed that there there was some wood damaged on my garage. I called good guys and they came out and made it good, they were extremely professional and paid to make it right.

Hired Good Guys for pre-pour, pre-drywall and our final inspection. Mitchell was always prompt, professional and took the time to answer questions. The inspection report was made available to us quickly. ... We highly recommend Good Guys to anyone, we plan to have them come back a month prior to our warranty expiring and re-check our home. I was really impressed with the thoroughness and attention during my home inspection. Robert Powers and the Good Guys team made me feel very comfortable and reassured in my property purchase. The property turned out to be a little trickier and more involved than we had expected, but instead of rushing through or cutting corners, Robert continued his very thorough review of even the smallest details, despite taking longer than anticipated. And he never lost his sense of humor or good graces. Excellent work and great customer service. I highly recommend!

We were first time home buyers of a new build and I am so glad we chose good guys! They were awesome!! They took pictures of everything that needed to be addressed, they went above and beyond and even marked the walls that needed touch up paint! Such a great experience...thank you so much for making this an easy process!!

We hired Good Guys to inspect a new build prior to closing. They arrived promptly and set straight to work. They were thorough and friendly and explained everything as they went. The inspectors wife was even kind enough to assist in blue taping defects on the walls to make the final walk through easier. We had our report within just a few hours so the builder could start making the necessary repairs. I highly recommend them.
