  Black Friday customer. I am still a novice cyclist, but needed to upgrade to a real bike, and family recommended this place. It was super busy, but the shop staff was very professional and efficient. Chris was the salesman that helped me out. He took the time to hear what I was looking for and helped recommend a couple different options. I got to try several of the bikes out. Chris made sure the sizing and fit were perfect before purchasing. I got a great deal on one of last year's models.
  
  Good customer service and an eye of small details has made me a customer for life.

  This shop is super friendly, they don't ignore you or talk down to you. I drive 40 minutes to get to this shop passing other bike shops on the way there because I know they treat people with respect.

  If you are an experienced rider, or have no experience at all, this is a great place to dial in.
  The group rides are fun and challenging. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. And the stores have an excellent inventory of bikes and gear .
  I give it five solid stars.

  My local, go-to bike shop. John was so friendly and helpful during the process of purchasing my first road bike. And well over a year later he continues to be, along with the rest of the Global staff. I had a lot of fun on John’s group rides and they were a good stepping stone before moving onto the Candy group ride. The bike mechanics have been great and they have gone beyond the call of duty to keep my bike on the road with minimal down time. I’ll definitely be visiting this shop when it’s time for me to upgrade my bike to a fancy, new Tarmac.

  Global Bikes is an awesome local bike shop. I bought my bike from them a year ago, not knowing much about bikes, and they have helped me learn so much about how to maximize my bike's performance. They have weekly group rides and free bike clinics - this place is the best whether you're new to cycling or an avid rider. Whatever you need, head to GB and these guys will help you out.

  Friendly helpful staff. Bought my first serious bike here and received top quality help in narrowing down to the best bike for me. Their lifetime free tuneup is such an amazing deal. I've ran into members of their staff at the store and they recognize you and are quick with a hello and ask how your bike is. You really get the sense that they care. I love global bikes and definitely intend to go to them for all my bicycle needs.
