  this shop in particular is a well rounded service organization. the representatives are very helpful every time- very consistent service. The shop holds classes to teach maintenance, sell parts, offer service and also hold group rides for those getting back into riding or those that have been riding. the most offerings i have seen in any bike shop.

  If you are an experienced rider, or have no experience at all, this is a great place to dial in.
  The group rides are fun and challenging. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. And the stores have an excellent inventory of bikes and gear .
  I give it five solid stars.

  I could not be happier with the service, sales, advice and laughs that I have had over the years with the crew at this location. The entire team goes above and beyond to answer questions, track down parts, provide guidance, deliver awesome riding events and learning sessions. We stumbled into this store looking for an beginning road bike for me to dabble in a sprint triathlon a couple of years back. ...

  Everytime I walk into the Ahwatukee location, I'm greeted like I'm part of the family! James is always quick to welcome me and ask how he can help. In the past two months I bought a Specialized Sirrus to get in shape more and most recently a Specialized Allez DSW Elite to ride in the Tour de Scottsdale! Hands down the best shop to go to! Kevin and Adrian are always a blast to talk to when I have have questions or just there for upgrades! They have my business for life!
