  The team from George The Chimney Guy came today. Unlike another area company, they did not try to scam us into purchasing tens of thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. Straight talk and honest. This will be my go-to company for chimney work going forward.

  Absolutely great service! We called because of a concern of a blockage that was causing carbon monoxide leakage. They came that very day. The two young men were very professional. They explained their findings in easy to understand comments. I heard of horror stories of chimney guys lying and saying there's a blockage and charging hundreds to get things fixed unnecessarily. These men did not find anything major and explained that I really didn't need to fix anything. They could have easily told me there was a blockage and charged me for it. The men were honest and reliable. I Would definitely recommend them!

  George is the best! I had a new boiler installed and found I was getting backdraft all the sudden. When I called him he was willing to come by and help me find out the issue the same day. The first company I had come look tried to tell me I needed a $4,000 new liner! George came and helped trouble shoot - only to find out the previous home owner had blocked the flue partially when they installed a new hot water heater. He helped fix this issue we found that I was still getting a backdraft. He continued to help me troubleshoot until we found the issue the backdraft stopped.
  
  George went over and beyond and spent hours with me. At the end of the day he didn't rake me over the coals for a lot of money. I even offered him more than what he asked for, and he declined.
  
  George is one of the good ones! Very honest and cares!

  I saw the chimney guy truck on my street yesterday, called the number and George was literally at my home within twenty minutes. He then proceeded to replace a vent cap on my roof which had blown off and flooded my furnace weeks before. George and his helper quickly replaced the cap and resolved my issue. He then proceeded to tell me that I didn't owe him anything! I mean, "Come On, George", I had to practically force him to accept forty dollars. You don’t see honesty and integrity much anymore. Usually people are jumping to milk one as much as they can and I was delightfully surprised just now. He’s prompt, efficient and a real straight shooter! No hard sell. No up sell. Just gets the job done. I will keep him in my files for future work!

  My husband and I had work done on our fireplace on January 9th. He told us what it was we needed when he first came by to give us an estimate and did not add anything to that plus gave us a fair price (others were charging between $1000.00- 4500.00 for what had to be done) He is such a nice, honest, and humble guy, very real! We would definitely recommend him and continue to do business with him.
