I've recently worked with Steve and had a great experience. Although exploring new jobs, interviewing, negotiating, etc. is never easy, Steve made the entire process pretty seamless. He is very knowledgable and asked great questions to make sure I was right for the role and then to make sure I was ready for multiple round interviews.
