We had our service performed by Jonathan. He was very prompt and did a very thorough job with our cleaning. The prices were higher than expected, but the quality of work was outstanding. Jonathan was very pleasant and very helpful in explaining what his plan for the cleaning was. He had a very positive attitude and was easy to interact with. It is common to come across people who come into your home and give off an unapproachable air, Jonathan was not one of those and if/when we require cleaning again, we will put Genesis on the top of the list along with a request for Jonathan as our service technician.
