We renovated our garage at home and I used it as my workshop. As I developed my reputation as an outstanding seamstress/dressmaker, I began to get referrals from Suzanne’s Bridal in Gilbert and my customers referred their friends and family. Soon I realized that I needed to open a store front in order to be more accessible to the general public. I found a mid sized space in Southeast corner of Arizona Avenue and Loop 202 in Sam’s Club shopping center in Chandler, Arizona. where I eventually opened my shop. Read more

Gemma is incredible! She did a complete build up on my wedding dress (went from strapless to having sleeves built on). It turned out better than I ever could have imagined! I was left speechless when I saw the final result. She is very detail oriented and went to great lengths to make my dream become a reality. She is a miracle worker! I would recommend Gemma 100 time over! Thanks to her, I will look and feel my best at my wedding this weekend. Quality work!

I was referred to Gemma by Brilliant Bridal. I am so happy I was because this woman is amazing! She conducted a total of 3 fittings, and my dress was perfect by the time my wedding day came along. Gemma takes her time and was very helpful when it came to the altering process. She made suggestions, and also helped me when I was unsure about certain aspects of my dress. Although I did pay a lot, it was worth it. Gemma and her team put in so much work to make my dress the perfect fit. You pay for what you get! Thank you Gemma!!

After moving to Pheonix-metro from Philadelphia, I have spent 6 months looking for a good men's tailoring shop. I am 99.99% sure that this place is it. Just got back from a suit pant fitting (take in waist, hem and taper) at Gemma's.

... Interior was well-organized, extremely clean and professional. They do ask for payment prior to tailoring -- which is not only reasonable but also normal at a reputable tailoring shop. I cannot wait to pick up my suit pants next week.
