I rely on Yelp when I don't know which businesses to use for various things This is the first review I have ever written. The reason is to let everyone know what a great place this is! Eric knew what was wrong with my laptop before I even finished describing the problem. He explained what was happening, in terms I could understand, and was genuinely concerned. He then quickly and accurately made the repair for a very fair price. Kudos, Eric!

Eric is the man! Super professional, super polite and super understanding! I came in 3 separate times in concern with my monitor connection. I was baffled because I came into Eric's office with my monitor and computer, both plugged in and working fine; then I get back to my house and spend a good hour trying to figure out the problem. Turns out my house's wiring is ancient and I had to many plugs and into the outlet! That was the whole problem!Thanks again a ton for being so cool Eric! Keep up the good work!

After poor service with both Microsoft and Lenovo, I decided to go to a local shop. Eric told me he could fix it in a day, I was expecting the computer on Monday, he called me on Saturday. He literally fixed it in less than 12 hours and on a Saturday when the minimum time frame from the major chains was at least two weeks. I'll never use a major company again. They offer a quick service at a fair price.
