On a super hot July 1st while riding in Fernie my brakes seized. I walked into the GearHub a half hour before close on a holiday and was so thankful that the really great guys fixed me up so I was able to ride with friends the next day. So impressed with the superb service!! Highly recommend the GearHub!

We've bought 4 bikes over the years from these guys and clothes and accessories as well. The staff is beyond friendly and treats you the same whether you buy a $11,000 bike or a $160 kids bike! I'm far from a bike expert but that has never stopped the staff from explaining or answering any question I have. Mark is an exceptional owner and very helpful and great to deal with as well. Most definitely my go to place in fernie for anything sports related and i pass the word on to anyone looking as Well!

Energy, Enthusiasm, Excellence. Dealing wth GearHub regarding hiking, biking, and winter sports has been beneficial and rewarding for us.The staff are helpful in so many ways- educated regarding the products they offer, experience using them, and they listen to your needs and abilities to help find the right fit for you. They're not pushy but once you engage their focus is on you. Shopping locally is essential for the two of us and the range of products they offer encourages us to do so. It's also great that they are prompt in responding to warranty concerns.
