GB Services owner Mark Moore came quickly to my house when my AC went down in the August heat. Instead of just easily diagnosing the need for Sarah and I to buy a new system, he suggested we simply replace the motor.
Original recommendation
I thought that motor would get replaced in a couple of days, but Mark left right then to go get it, came straight back and put it in and for about half the cost of a major competitor. Now we have a cool house and less stress.

Take this from someone who doesn't normally write reviews for a company. This truly was a first-class experience. My business started with GB in early April 2017. I wanted to check my system before summer started. A tech named Alex came to my home and surveyed the system. Alex was knowledgeable and very professional. Nothing was wrong with my system at the time. Fast forward one month to May 2017. I come home one day and my home was almost 90 degrees. I called GB and they had a tech to my home within 2 hours! It was Alex again and just as pleasurable and professional as the first time. It was a freak accident that could not have been spotted the first time. Alex had my system repaired very quickly and could not have done a better job. ...
