Delivered a Google Pixel C for an LCD screen replacement. Although it turned out that Google made an exception to the warranty expiration (because it was a known manufacturing issue) and allowed the unit to be replaced, the technician took the time to take it apart and attempt to find replacement parts. This is the type of service everyone dreams about when something breaks down and needs to be fixed. Good job, ninjas. *bow*

I am absolutely ecstatic that I found this place!! I cracked the screen of my Galaxy S7 Edge on a Sunday and was desperately calling around for help! Most places were either closed or they didn't have the necessary parts. I called gadget ninja and not only were they open, but they were able to take care of me right away. My phone was as good as new only a couple of hours later.

Was in the area seen the store the name gadget ninja was interesting. Went inside just to browse. Was greeted by great customer service. They told me about the store within minutes I seen a gadget that saved me hundreds of dollars. I was in the market to buy a new stereo because I couldn't hear the music from my I phone. They had a gadget that I could set through fm station that wasn't used and BAM music coming through my stereo from my iphone wirelessly music couldn't believe a gadget even existed !
