I have had the opportunity to work with both acoustic and electric, original and cover bands in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. For 9 years I performed, recorded and toured with Dallas based Celtic Rock band, The Killdares.
Thank you for your interest in guitar lessons… I offer both Acoustic and Electric to all ages! My goal is to teach the student music that they enjoy and at the same time provide them new material to broaden their playlists. Learning guitar is fun but requires persistence. I believe it is essential to keep the lessons interesting as the student progresses and that practice at home is key to a student’s musical development and enrichment. Read more

Brek has been teaching my son guitar for 2 years, and the progress that he has made is unbelievable. Brek is patient, encouraging, and makes lessons fun; my son even likes to practice. Brek is incredibly accommodating for lessons (we even did some virtually on an extended vacation) and meets the students where they are skill and interest-wise. Brek loves what he does and it shows!

Brek has been my daughter's guitar instructor for 2 years and we highly recommend him. He is very good at challenging his students to learn new things. He's very patient with his students and takes his time to make sure they learn at the right speed and makes sure they have fun as well - and teaches them a wide range of music genres. My daughter says he makes lessons fun and always makes her smile! He's very reasonably priced and conveniently located to all surrounding areas around Grapevine.
