  Freedom has serviced our pool for the last 1.5 years. We have been very pleased with their consistency, reasonable prices, and Drew’s prompt email responses. ... Not only is he knowledgeable, professional, and courteous with any communication, but he is also extremely thoughtful, kind and considerate when interacting with his clients. Too bad there’s no pool at our new house…otherwise, we would definitely take Freedom and Anthony with us!! Highly highly recommend.

  I know Drew over 10 years. His knowledge is great and his customer service was always outstanding. After opening their Freedom Pool Services the way I see everyone in his group adopted the same quality customer service. If you are like me, senior, don't worry. You will get the great respect and outstanding service.

  Drew and his team are great guys to work with. As a pool contractor, we need to rely on the best quality of work and Freedom pools brings that to the table. Great communicators, hard workers, and trustworthy partners.

  Originally I was going to use Leslies but they wanted 1 week to even talk to me. Freedom came over the next day and not only helped me replace my pump but provide me with the features I requested which were not on their original pump. The install was quick. There was only one issue but they were able to resolve that within one day of being made aware.

  Fantastic job. I bought a house that had parts older than me. The previous owner gave me only a bare bones understanding of how the equipment operated, and it was super easy to break. Alen helped me find the parts that were causing the most trouble and swap them out. I'm a much happier pool owner now.
