  I started taking Kara's classes in 2015 and I don't know why I waited so long! As an adult who danced all throughout my childhood and through college, I really appreciate Kara's approach. She is super knowledgeable, and has a very friendly and inspiring approach to teaching. She's experienced at teaching all levels, so if you're new to dance, don't hesitate to join her classes!
  
  I can also vouch for Kara's Sass Your Dance Burlesque parties. We had Kara teach a class for my sister's bachelorette party a few weeks ago and it was a ton of fun. All of the girls LOVED it, and of course flaunted their new moves out on the dance floor later that night :) If you're looking for a fun way to spice up your party, this is it!

  It's a place where you can drop in, have a variety of great dance classes to take, meet some great new people, unplug for an hour, and just Dance it out! Free soul is alot more personal then going to a gym, and certainly alot more fun! I love that I can drop in and pay just for one single class if life is busy.... Or commit to a 10 class card that's good for a month... Tons of additional options to fit some dance into your life however much you want to. Free Soul dance helped me tone my body in a way it hasn't been in years... But the bigger gift? It helped me to truely love my body again and has been a huge confidence booster. Definitely worth checking out for anyone who's thinking about putting a little dance in there life no matter how little or how much experience!

  Free Soul Dance is more than just a dance and fitness studio. The instructors and atmosphere make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Everyone will have an amazing time, no matter what your skill level is. This is definitely a place worth checking out!

  Best dance studio ever! When I decided I wanted to take dance classes again in my 20's it was so hard to find a studio that didn't just cater to children. This studio is made for adults. All the teachers are fantastic - they're patient, talented and they make the classes fun. I love the fact that they have drop in rates since my schedule is always changing. I haven't tried a class yet that I didn't like!
