  As a runner that was brand new to biking I was nervous to go bike shopping because I hate the attitude associated with some bike shops when they know you don't really know what you're looking for/what you're talking about.   What a great group of guys. Everyone there was extremely friendly. I was lucky enough to find the bike I have been looking for, a 64cm frame (hard to find) and they had it at another location. I drove from Jackson today to get it and was blown away by their service. Trevor was the one that ordered for it in for me and jimmy was the one who set it up and had it ready in the little time frame I had today. Thank you to everyone there!! Highly recommend using them.

  We are lucky to have several good bike shops in Ann Arbor, but this one is my favorite. The staff have been so helpful in assisting me in finding the right gear, keeping my sometimes neglected bikes functioning, teaching me more about maintenance, and encouraging me during my training. They are really fun to ride with as well.

  There’s nothing fancy about the 22 year old beater bike I maintain, nor am I a serious acting cyclist, but darn if Fraser Bikes hasn’t treated me like a special guest every time I’ve been in there. Like, Jimmy back in the service department... He has patiently helped me figure out what my bike needed many times, then always taken care of it with a quickness. It turns out my wheels take an odd sized inner tube, so this crazy dude made sure to start keeping a stash of ‘em on hand. Whaaaat!? ...
