  When I go there I feel like they really listen to me. Some bike shops just tell you what you want to hear. The guys at Fraser Bike listen to my needs and really personalize my bike needs.

  As a runner that was brand new to biking I was nervous to go bike shopping because I hate the attitude associated with some bike shops when they know you don't really know what you're looking for/what you're talking about. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE FRASER for how kind they are while sharing their knowledge, judgement free. They let me try out a ton of different bikes while teaching me the differences, without any pressure to purchase that day. I ended up coming back a few months later and was impressed they remembered me and which bikes I was debating over. Each time I go there to get more accessories (or when I am a bad bike owner and pop a tire because I let my pressure get a little toooo low....) they are so nice, laid back, and fun to work with. I appreciate the honest answers about products and recommendations for solid choices without spending top dollar. Their welcoming enthusiasm is really encouraging for the sport of biking, I just can't say enough good things!!! Don't bother going anywhere else, they are the best!!

  There’s nothing fancy about the 22 year old beater bike I maintain, nor am I a serious acting cyclist, but darn if Fraser Bikes hasn’t treated me like a special guest every time I’ve been in there. Like, Jimmy back in the service department... He has patiently helped me figure out what my bike needed many times, then always taken care of it with a quickness. It turns out my wheels take an odd sized inner tube, so this crazy dude made sure to start keeping a stash of ‘em on hand. Whaaaat!?
  Anyone here can competently help you out though. The few times I’ve had trouble finding what I wanted, everyone I've interacted with has blown me away with their professionalism and friendliness. They all keep this little store looking impeccable, too. I can't wait to throw down on one of their lovely road bikes and take my cycling to the next level. I’ll have to make sure and hold on tight to my socks that day, lest I want this shop to knock them right off.
