  I called and spoke to Felix regarding a missing key for a coin operated washing machine. He knew that he was not going to get the job since the washer is 2 hours away but he took the time to answer all my questions. That's the kind of people who work here. Thank you Felix!!

  Went in to have 3 suite cases unlocked and keys made, in and out the door in less than 15 minutes! Plus didn't even know they made suite case keys !!!

  I took my 2016 Ford explorer here to get a second key. I bought the car with only one programmed key and was quoted by the dealer $395 to program and cut the key. The previous owner included a new un-programmed key which the dealer said they do not guarantee would program. The dealer said worst case scenario is I am out $140 for the attempt to program and 95$ to laser cut the key, and if they couldn't program the key, a new one was 395$. The dealer also needed half a day with the car. I went to Foothill Locksmiths without an appointment, I was greeted and quoted 80$ for the program and 60$ to cut the key. They told me worst case I would be out 80$ for the attempt to program. 20 minutes later I was on my way with a programmed and cut key. Needless to say, I drove from tracy to get my lock work done and would do it again.

  The wonderful people at Foothill helped with a problem not of their doing, and suck to their estimate even when the work took longer than they had expected. Kudos! (And many thanks again guys.)
