Working with a Registered Dietitian (RD) you can be assured that you are in the hands of a Nutrition Expert. Insurance often covers RD visits and we can help you with this process.

We offer in-person consultations at our office conveniently located close to Union Square and we also offer Skype or phone consultations (especially recommended for follow-up visits).

Our focus is on eating delicious local and sustainable food, honoring the mind/body connection and tapping into the healing power of a whole foods diet.

    I had a great experience with Tali. I wanted to lose some weight before I turned 30 and just wanted to finally get portion sizing right! Tali really met me where I was at, giving me lots of options for vegan/vegetarian snacks and helping me create lasting strategies. ...

    Her style is very supportive, and she also encouraged recognizing and changing behaviors (sort of like a therapist, in a good way!) since how we eat is so connected to emotions, boredom, etc. I never felt restricted, and my transition to more healthy, portion appropriate eating felt so easy with her as my guide.

    I would strongly recommend this business to help with any of your nutrition goals!

    I found Tali through yelp- and all the shining reviews here are true - she is down to earth, smart, motivating and an expert goal-setter. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She listened to everything I said and broke it all down into manageable goals. In 2 months I have seen huge improvements in my food choices and portion judgement. I have a ways to go and I look forward to continuing to work with her on keeping my lifestyle and eating habits healthy.

    Tali has been a very effective nutritionist for me and I've just referred her to my college-age daughter, who really clicked with her and has shown amazing results in both weight loss and healthful eating habits. (They Skype every other week.) Tali is practical, knowledgable and supportive. She encouraged a series of small changes in both my diet and exercise habits, and is a real problem-solver. She has a way of moving me forward in a very encouraging manner. With her guidance, I've developed lifelong healthy habits. I heartily recommend her!
