  Rey was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. After a massive flea infestation, I was so stressed and anxious, but Rey listened well, answered my every question, and made me feel at peace.
  
  He did a great job in thoroughly explaining my different options, and made the process extremely easy and convenient. I appreciated how he really cared and how he knew his stuff. I knew that I could trust him to help me get rid of the fleas.
  
  I will hopefully never have another infestation of any animal, but if I ever do, I will undoubtedly choose First Choice Exterminators.

  July 26: Sent them a email today and after a few hours, got a response from David regarding a quote. We are faced with a very serious time constraint and I decided to call for a faster response on my inquiries. David was pleasant and very professional and answered my queries efficiently and patiently. He was able to accommodate us tomorrow to fumigate and come back on Monday to do the final fumigation. I will update how it turns out tomorrow....

  I was getting horribly bitten up at night. I had over 50 bites. It was driving me insane!! My landlord called his exterminators to spray my apartment but it wasn't effective. I called 1st choice and spoke to Wendy who was understanding and very accommodating. She made sure an exterminator inspected my apartment immediately. Reynaldo came to my apartment and thoroughly checked my apartment, especially my bed and couch. He assessed that my apartment had become invested with fleas from the neighbor's dog next door and gave me lots of options on how to move forward. He took his time with me to explain preventative care and was incredibly helpful. He treated my apartment and ever since I have finally been able to get a good night's sleep. No more bites!! Thank you Reynaldo, Wendy, and 1st choice!!
