  These guys were great. I have a bunch of failed implant work - a result of a trip to Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry a few years back, they too the time, and did a thorough job looking things over, did both an x-ray and CT scan to be sure, gave me a quote and did not jerk me around for a second - ALL this and no charge for the exam and plan. When I do finally wring my money back out of the crooks in Cancun this will be the top of my list. Very professional people, pleasant atmosphere and ZERO BS. Marina was the bomb, and got me right in, I didn't catch the girls name who did my scans but she was awesome too, and Dr. Sergey was both knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I recommend these guys highly.

  This is a very clean, modern, up to date dental office. Dentist is not one of my favorite places, but i feel less nervous in this office. They have all the fancy modern equipment. Staff is great, Marina is very nice and helpful, Dr Sergey is truly a perfectionist. I had an extraction and an immediate dental implant placement done by him. The job was not easy, cause he had to take of my infected molar tooth, clean the infection and place the implant. He took his time, to make sure the placement is perfect. After the procedure he showed me the X-ray of the implant and it was perfectly lined up in the center between two teeth. I had some pain and swelling after procedure, but after 5 days, everything went back to normal. Very happy with their service, will be coming here of finish the implant crown and for regular cleanings.

  I took my mom today for dental implants consultation. She does not have many teeth in her mouth. Dr. Sergey gave her an option for dentures which are fixed in her mouth. I think it's an amazing option for the older people. I remember my grandparents having dentures and it would move as they would speak. Quite scary actually if they fly out!!
  At first I thought it was very pricey. I researched a few dental offices to see whether I was paying the right fees for the service. I realized I am getting quite a deal!! Dr. Sergey makes it very affordable for anyone and everyone to have dental implants. I'm looking forward for my mom to have a full set of teeth, so that she can smile and chew again!!

  This man is a gift from God.
  It's been a rough journey trying to find a Dentist that actually cares about your oral health rather than the money in your pocket.
  My mom and younger brother have been coming to see Dr. Sergey for the last year for some pretty extensive work... Brother had a recurring infection in one of his upper right pre-molars that was unaddressed by his last dentist for too long, resulting in some bone loss. (Some cheapskate from Western Dental) Dr. Sergey completely cleaned out the infected tooth and gums for my brother and did a bone graft which is typically tricky and painful. Little bro had some soreness for a few days, but because of the quality of work it healed quickly!
  And my mom was a good candidate for implants, and the word alone freaked her out. But its been going very smooth, and with very reasonable pricing.
  He is AWESOME!
  And the front desk staff are absolutely wonderful, especially the lovely Marina!

  I love Dr Sergey he gave me my confidence back. I couldn't smile without covering my mouth, now I have beautiful smile. My crowns are so natural no different from my own. Anyone need implants in Sacramento, go to Fine Touch Dental best price and best service. He takes his time to explain and the most important he is not a salesman like my old dentist, he does it ones he does it right. Dr Sergey is very professional and a nice person and that is an very important, his office is very modern and clean. I am really happy usually I don't right reviews , but I am really happy with his work so I thought I should.
