The history of the business started with Maureen MacArthur owning salons for United Airlines. Exclusive to the airline employees, I owned one in Denver, Chicago and Dulles. I needed a change and landed on Colfax wanting to bring this unique idea to the public. Why not be able to shop and get your nails done. This location kept coming back to me with availability and I finally was so persuaded I decided to go for it. Although everyone I knew thought I was crazy...Colfax really Maureen. I soon knew that this would be home for the rest of my business life. The neighborhood, women, and all of the clients have made me feel so welcomed and supported. I have now closed, or sold all three of the United Salons, and centered all of my energy to the Colfax location. i can't believe how happy I am and my heart and soul are at File-n-Style. I had Heather, and she was great. I had my acrylic full set removed from a previous nail salon that was terrible. She made sure my cuticles were taken care of, and made sure to confirm after each nail to make sure I was pleased with the shape. Which I loved. She also took the time to ask what I wanted and LISTENED!!! Best nail salon experience I've had here in Colorado.

Go see Nancy Diep at Vegas Nails. Location is Iliff and Havana in small shopping center on the corner. She is the best at nails. She is easy going on the nails and when I leave my nails look terrific. The place is clean and very efficient. They have tons of magazines for you to gaze at if you must wait. You will never be sorry. You will become addicted to Nancy and her great and honest work. She is a artist.

I came in with my daughter for a mani/pedi. We were first greeted by the owner's adorable and sweet dog, Boo. My daughter was delighted. Jasmine did my pedicure. She was very sweet and attentive. Maureen did both my and my daughter's nails. She was so sweet and patient with my daughter. When it came to my nails she suggested a shape I'd never tried and I'm so glad she did as I loved the result! It was a great experience and I'll definitely be back!

File-N-Style is the only place I will go to get my nails done! If you want quality work and don't mind spending a little extra for that then this is the place to be! They actually care about how your nails look and take the time and effort to give you the look you want. My cuticles have never looked better! And my nails are ALWAYS on point! So glad I've found this salon! And they have a cute little boutique in front with the cutest clothes and jewelry!

Loved this place. Parking is a little tricky but not a big deal, really. The inside is cute and they have an adorable golden retriever wandering around and hanging out with everybody (dog in your shop = big points with me). The lady who did my nails (sorry I forgot your name!!!) was awesome, and my shellac manicure that I got just before Christmas lasted about 3 1/2 weeks before they started lifting, and even when I pulled them off (which I have a habit of doing when they start lifting...) they were still shiny and looked great. Plus they sent a thank you card after my appointment. I don't do my nails often, but when I do I will definitely be going back to this place!!!
