… today I went to my appointment I walked through the door and was politely greeted and asked if I had an appointment as I did. was handed new patient forms to fill out. waited about 5 minutes till I went to the testing room ,she tested me and explained what it was each machine would do and what to expect. which I appreciated (I've had in different locations air puffed into my eyes and was startled) then was seen by Dr.Ivana, she was extremely descriptive and explained everything to me. after the testing I was sat down with another lady that explained my benefits to me. …

This is such a great office! The doctors are really nice and friendly, they really spend the necessary time on each patient and listen to what's going on... The office has been sold within the last couple of years to Dr. Herrera who this review is about.

The staff is super knowledgeable, I've never had a problem when asking them adjust my glasses or fixing any detail, they are truly experts and very good at their craft.
I like their selection of frames and they are always receiving new styles or are willing to order in a style that is not available in the office.
The Dr.'s are young and up to date on all eye technology, and new eyewear styles.
Plus a nice perk is that they give you free Keurig coffee while you wait! Make an appointment sooner rather then later, their spots fill up fast! -

When I turned 40 and my vision deteriorated, I could not cope with glasses. I went to several centers and was always given the wrong prescription. Finally I went to Dr Hererra, and she understood right away how my eyes "behave", as she explained it. She fit me for contacts, and I have never been happier. The office staff are wonderful. I have never had a problem with an appointment, or having long waits, and was seen right away when I had an emergency.
