I had an odd question on a basement sump pump. I called many plumbers and nobody was willing to even to listen. I called EZ Flow and he owner, Scott called me back and set an appointment to come bid the job himself. He did as he said he would do, showed up on time (early actually) was very knowledgeable and professional. Ended up not going through with the original plan but he was awesome to work with. Will be using them again for all my plumbing needs!

Rich was honest and up-front with our questions and also with our plumbing repair needs. I would definitely recommend. I appreciate that the company is willing to do smaller jobs (refrigerator water valve) and we appreciate Rich's expertise and value his opinion. I always check Yelp when needing work done and everything I read about the service was spot on. The service I got from EZ Flow Plumbing was great. I received a call back from Scott right away. I had to reschedule due to the tiler and Scott didn't make me wait for a week, but got it scheduled right away. Before doing the work he verified with me that it was how I wanted it and answered any questions I had when installing my new tub/faucet/new plumbing. Thanks to Scott and the rest of the team for your hard work.

They called me right away the others called later and they listened to the problem and suggested ways for me to go. I gave them the budget based on research and they met the budget. Done Deal they arrived on time and did a great job.
