  We have tried several optometry places in Elk Grove over the years and just haven't found the right one. We went to Eye Place on Wednesday. The receptionist was amazing! Dr. Trinh was awesome. It was my husband, myself, our 3 year old, and our 7 week old. Needless to say there was a lot going on for us. They were so patient and helpful with us! We didn't feel rushed at all and they were patient when our little ones got impatient. We got glasses, contacts, and sunglasses. Hopefully we have finally found our optometrist

  ... Dr. Thanh is an excellent doctor! She is very insightful and explains everything to you very thorough! She fit me for contacts and gave me advice on which ones wiuld be best for me. She also helped me with the best way to use my insurance to save money. She also got my perscription correct and it has been great! Can see great and with no problems! Karen is also great! She set up the appointment for me and was able to get me in same day! She helped me find great glasses and helped fit me perfectly! They have a great selectin of women's glasses and sunglasses and plenty designer ones!! Everything was a quick and easy process and I was also able to get my glasses same day!! This is a great place! This will most definately be my go to place every year! Thanks Dr. Thanh and Karen!!

  ... I forgot to ask for her name.. she was really friendly and helpful, though. She told me to go ahead and browse around. Then another employee, Karen, came to help me. They have a great selection of name brands. I was a little overwhelmed, haha. Karen and the OD were assisting me as well-- from explaining my insurance coverage to helping me find frames that would best complement my face shape. After trying on a few glasses, I finally found the ones I wanted. Karen got me measured and placed my order. She told me it would take about 7-10 weeks for my glasses to be ready. But I kid you not, they called me about 2 1/2-3 hours later and said my order was ready for pick up! I got there about 30 minutes after to try them on. Before I left, I even checked in and received a free gift (lens cleaning spray & cloth). I cannot be any happier with my glasses and the service they provided me. Thanks Eye Place!

  Wow! I called on a Saturday morning to book an appointment, came in for an eye exam, bought frames, and then lenses were cut, all in one visit! I walked out the SAME DAY with a fresh new pair of Burberry prescription lenses. I love buying glasses, this place by far has the best service and selection. Lori at the front is very helpful, and Dr. Hien Trinh is amazing! 5 stars!

  My wife, my daughter and I went to Eye Place today. We all needed glasses and I needed a diabetic eye exam. The entire team took excellent care of all three of us. They gave us our exams, helped us pick out frames and assisted us in getting the most out of our insurance coverage, all while being very professional, helpful and friendly. They were even able to cut my daughter's lenses on site and she was so excited to be able to wear them home today.
  I can wholeheartedly recommend Eye Place to anyone needing eye care.
