  Today my husband and I stopped by without an appointment to ask questions about turning polarized sunglasses into prescription sun glasses. Michael was at the front and was extremely nice, and explained options on making the eye wear non-polarized or prescription eye wear.
  The kicker was he never asked our names, he remembered us from our first visit (this was our second time), which was months ago. When we asked how did you know our names? He said "your not just a number with us".
  That is great customer service!

  Awesome place, front desk is very helpful, and Dr Gary is awesome. I did not have an appointment they worked me in the best way they could, and helped me picked some great glasses. Only bad thing is that I am even more blind but that is my fault.

  Dr. Nguyen and Michael were amazing. ... I am so very thankful I have found a practice that can take care of our family's eye care needs. Dr. Nguyen was extraordinarily comprehensive in completing my examination and explained physiological attributes about my eyes that I had never experienced before with any other optometrist. He is patient and made me feel as though I finally understood what was going on with my vision. Michael was so kind and informative (also very patient) in assisting me with my eye wear measurements (including explaining what the technical numbers meant) and optical needs. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and Michael...you are the BEST!

  I've been going to Dr Nguyen since his office opened. We lived close by but eventually moved farther out. I still drive in to go to the clinic. Dr Nguyen is exceptionally talented, as is his staff. Everyone is kind and caring, they feel like family. I can't recommend this clinic highly enough.

  Extremely friendly and welcoming. I went with this place over the others in the area because of their customer service over the phone. That in itself says a lot about what to expect. The staff was helpful and made it a comfortable first time experience. They also bring their pups to work so it's almost like stepping into someone's home which is something you don't really expect when getting your eyes checked. I'm very pleased I chose this location and definitely recommend this to anyone in the area and outside as well.
