  Great service from everyone here. I scheduled here based on insurance, and was very happy. Front desk/insurance biller (didn't catch her name) was friendly and helpful, letting me know what was covered, and giving me all possible options including costs for each. Dr. Will Pentecost was very awesome, casual while professional, and let me in on each test and what they meant. Even during remodeling/expansion, they run an excellent business.

  I had an all-around great experience at EYE EYE. They were able to quickly verify my vision benefits on the phone while scheduling my first appointment. The exam (my first ever) was very informative and they made me feel very comfortable. The salesperson was incredibly helpful when it came to helping me select my (first ever!) pair of glasses - she politely gave her opinion, explaining what worked, what didn't, and why. I ended up with a pair of glasses that I love. I appreciated their great service and attention to detail, and will definitely visit them again in the future!

  I decided that Dr. Pentecost will be my life-long optometrist.
  
  He's incredibly thorough, patient, and personable, and you don't feel like a number at his office. EYE EYE is a gem in Capitol Hill, and I wish that I could have found him years earlier because he and his wonderful staff made my visit so easy, comfortable, and pleasant. Dr. P's high-tech office makes the visit really interesting, too.
  
  … David and Dr. Pentecost were very attentive to my ramblings and suggested a next-day appointment for a concern over my left eye. I am SO grateful to have landed that appointment because Dr. P provided an oil-based eye drop and other valuable information that no other doctors had mentioned in the past. The results showed within hours. I'm really excited to return to pick out a stylish eyewear for my old women eyes.

  ... The shop itself is pretty amazing - modern and very unique, with tons of frames on display. Dr. Will seems to have a real knack for finding the best frames, because this selection is even better than Eyes on Fremont! He doesn't carry the big brands, just lots of really cool new and vintage frames. My eye exam was great, as always. Dr. Will was very thorough and easy to talk to, and helped me better understand my prescription and lens options as my eyes get older. All in all, it was a great experience, and I look forward to getting all of my frames here from now on!

  I have bounced around to see a lot of optometrists and Dr. Will is da coolest! He gave me a legit eye exam...complete with a very slight southern drawl and meticulous regard to every detail. I don't know what he put in my lenses, but now I have super-peepers: like the vision ability of a hawk. The opticians at the shop are also top-notch in their abilities to fit your frames juuust right for your face. And most importantly, they gave me free coffee. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. EYE EYE is the place!
