  Absolutely top-notch service from start to finish! When I called for information on their services, Brittany (their scheduling coordinator) took the time to contact my insurance and discovered, to my surprise, that I actually had coverage for the visit and exam. She was very pleasant, thorough, and prompt ... had the info and an appointment within an hour. Upon arriving at their office, I was greeted with cheery smiles in a warm environment. The staff are so nice! They are prepared, organized, and go out of their way to answer any questions. Dr. Karen was amazing! She is very warm, knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to ensure that you are comfortable and understand the exam. ...

  Karen is awesome! I had a eye emergency the other day and see got me in right away and resolved the issue quickly! My entire family uses her and she has always been very professional and amazing to work with! Thanks again Karen!

  Dr. Simon did a pretty good job. She answered my questions, but seemed a bit rushed. I have seen this before at other practices. But, Jared was amazing in teaching me about the different frames/lens options. He took his time, was not in a rush. He wasn't trying to push the sale hard even though he was aware that I've been looking at ordering from a website instead of their store. He probably spent 45 min - 1 hr with me. Really appreciate him. Also, I liked that I was able to use their new machine that took a pic of my eye, rather than the numbing/dilation method where they actually put that thing in your eye :)

  Dr. Simon was a fantastic optometrist. She was friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home. The technology she uses is awesome and she really makes sure you understand what you're looking at. Jared, the man up front, was also a great help. He helped me pick the best option for my contacts and even made sure I was able to submit documentation for a rebate properly. I highly recommend this place!

  Dr. Simon is a wonderful doctor! She truly cares about her patients and lets you choose your contacts, instead of pushing a brand you don't like. I started seeing her when she was practicing at Sam's Club and was so thrilled when she opened her own practice!
