  I always use Etais (formerly Udis) to cater for my meetings in Denver. The most recent order was awesome. Ordered right at 430 (the cutoff time for next day service) and they called to confirm a few details. They pay close attention to detail.

  We went to the location in DIA and our waitress Amber was incredible! She made delicious Long Islands and brought us great food quickly before our flight left! We will eat here again on our way back home!

  I purposely went to your location in DIA because of the gluten free food offered. It was well worth the trek from Gate 91 to Gate 24!!! So much so I went back on my return trip. I greatly enjoyed both the Basil Chicken sandwich and the French Dip with side salads! I usually dread having to eat at airports because of the great unknown about gluten, but I will actually look forward to coming through DIA again! The staff was great, a slight wait for the food but I had plenty of time and don't consider that an issue knowing I am getting food that won't make me sick!

  It simply does not get better-- the food, the experience, everything.
  
  The online ordering is a breeze, with most of my questions helpfully answered right there on the screen, like how many does a large or small tray feed? ...
  
  I'll be usin' these folks again and again.

  Funerals...who needs em? Evidently we all do.
  
  When they happen all of a sudden you've got to feed a mess of people - 200+ ...
  
  Udi's delivered and unloaded all the food and drinks. We had made arrangements for others to set up the tables and keep the food coming so technically Udi's did not cater the event. They provided the food and drinks and took one huge concern out of a day left for saying goodbyes.
