Recommended to me by a friend and so glad I went with them. Yvonne was very helpful with questions and scheduling over e-mail. James and Kyrie did the carpet cleaning and they worked swiftly and did a really great job - taking out some really bad dog stains and as much of heavy traffic soiling as much as they could.

We chose Esteam based on the massive number of 5 star ratings. They cleaned our carpets on Saturday 7/29 and Monday 7/31 to meet our special request to split the cleaning into 2 sessions. Those 5 star ratings describe exactly what we received so I'm not going to repeat all of the excellent complements and statements about how they operate and do their job. They are simply the best from the office staff to the guys that came to our home. Paul M. worked our home and he was exceptional in all ways. We have lots of carpet, heavy traffic and it was the first cleaning after about 4 years. He performed a small miracle in our daughter's room where the carpet had heavy make-up stains; she's a make-up artist. The carpet looks new. Thanks Paul! Thanks Esteam! They are the only carpet cleaning company to call.

Year another 5 star review. Very courteous and professional service from the first call to the actual appointment. The two techs showed up on time, figured out what had to be done and left our carpet and staircase looking, feeling and, most importantly, smelling like the day we moved in. We are very happy with Esteam and absolutely will use and recommend these folks again.

My husband and I were budgeting for new carpet on the stairs but felt compelled to seam clean prior to welcoming houseguests. As if by magic, the stairs, that were faded and worn look brand-new. How did they do that? It looks great and we will never use another carpet cleaning company again! Thank you for a job well done beyond our imaginations!

We needed our carpets cleaned ASAP and time was of the essence. Esteam Carpet Cleaning was very prompt in returning my call for a quote and they were very professional. That, coupled with the discount they offered for cleaning an empty house, led me to use them. They showed up on time, used a laser to take accurate measurements, they worked efficiently, and did a very thorough job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their carpet cleaned!
