My family of 4 all go to ERA. We've tried numerous high end salons in DFW and bone come close to the quality of service, atmosphere and ambiance of ERA. It's a throwback salon with modern flair.

Met with Bert for a hair trim, I am in the process of growing out my hair and was specific on what areas I wanted cleaned up. He took his time, listened to what I wanted, and I left with what I expected my hair to look like. Overall great experience.

I had such a great experience here! The salon itself was beautiful and clean. The staff greated me at the door and immediately found me, and my kids, a seat. Darlene was fantastic! She knew understood what I was looking for and gave me a great new look.

Macie does an AWESOME job for blonde/highlights/belayage. I am half Hispanic so I have pretty dark hair. She successfully made me blonder without frying my hair or making me look orange. Love love love her and if she ever leaves I don't know what I'm going to do. Guess I'll have to go back to brunette

I wholeheartedly recommend Darlene for updos and Vanessa for makeup, they both created exactly the look that I was going for and were so easy to talk to if I had a preference for a different type of curl or shade of makeup. I think the $$$ rating is a little exaggerated, the salon looks super high end but the prices aren't crazy - $75 for an updo and $75 for a full face is pretty standard at salons that are $$ as well, and they were more than worth it!
