  We had used this company before for a very small project. I liked their quick responses and service, so we used them again recently to revamp our backyard. I initially dealt with Lisa, and our communication was great, she always responded almost immediately and kept me up to date on things. Billy showed up for the work, and he was great. He always responded right away to my calls or text messages, and kept me informed. He was friendly, efficient, and extremely hard working! He has worked very well with us through some issues, and has always been straightforward and always keeps his word. We are still working on a few things, but the cold and rainy weather has forced us to temporarily postpone things.
  
  To me, communication and customer service are extremely important and play a huge role in deciding who we contract. We trust him and will be using them again in the future.

  I wish I could give more stars to Billy -- I highly recommend him and will use him for all of my yard projects from now on. Within two days of my initial contact, Billy responded, came out to look at my yard, and sent me a quote. During the consultation, Billy gave me sound suggestions and -- bonus! -- he was so nice to my three year old daughter. Two days later, my yard project was done! The price was extremely reasonable, and Billy did amazingly good work. He did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it -- he's a true professional. He actually did more than he agreed to, which I sense is a positive reflection of someone with a strong work ethic who takes great pride in his work. Billy was meticulous and thorough, and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided!

  So I contacted about 10 different companies. Envision was quick to respond fairly quick to get out and estimate did not take forever like a few others. I was a little hesitant at first they were much lower than many and the bid was simple. I was quickly put at ease they answered every question quickly even came back out to discuss their vision. These guys worked hard and fast. 7 months later my yard still looks great.

  From start to finish, I could not have experienced a more desired service. Fast, efficient, professional and a pleasure to work with. The communication was extremely easy at all times with Eric and even with a few adjustments and requests, the project was completed in no time. I am so satisfied with the work that was done in my backyard, that when I do my front yard, I will definitely be calling again.

  We needed new timer and sprinkler valve replaced. So I contacted them to see if they do any kind of work in irrigation and plumbing. Eric replied promptly enduring they can and sent me a quote. I was little skeptic about the quality of their work since I haven't read any reviews on irrigation system by them. Well, it's been a week now and I don't have to spend half hour watering my yard now. They also gave us 6 months warranty on their work. I think they did a great work and hope it lasts long time.
